SUZANNE LEVY
As an executive coach, Suzanne Levy concentrates on improved
organizational effectiveness, the achievement of specific
and measurable goals, and leadership development. Her mission
is to educate, encourage, and support leaders in organizations
to enhance their performance and their return on human investment.
During her coaching career, she has developed strategic corporate
programs, recruited and trained coaches, designed policies
and procedures manuals for coaching staff as well as enhanced
business development and sales. Ms. Levy has worked with Senior
Executives of Fortune 500 companies, business owners, and
multi-million dollar sales producers. Her diverse industry
experience includes financial services, sales, entertainment,
public relations, publishing, advertising, consumer products,
marketing, and legal. Her clients include executives from
Citigroup, Disney, Morgan Stanley, MTV Networks, Prudential,
PT&Co. Public Relations, RBC Dain Rauscher, Salomon Smith
Barney and UBS Paine Webber.
Ms. Levy is a member of the Executive Coaching Summit, an
advisory panel to the International Coach Federation and is
an active member of The International Coach Federation, NY
Women in Communications and the National Association of Female
Executives. She writes an “Ask the Coach” column
for NY Matrix and volunteers time and expertise to children’s
organizations such as the S-team, New York Youth at Risk,
and Future Possibilities.
Robb Ray
Robb Ray comes to the team with considerable organizational
development and coaching and consulting experience, primarily
in developing high-performance teams, managing large-scale
change in organizations, and developing and delivering training.
Previously at IBM for 5 years as an Internal Management Consultant,
Robb’s role involved coaching managers, Management Consulting,
Recruiting & Human Resources work.
He is a published subject matter expert in Organization Network
Analysis (ONA), a methodology that enhances working relationships
and knowledge transfer to increase productivity. Robb designed
an ONA curriculum, which he utilized to deliver both e-learning
and classroom-based courses on the methodology, and also co-authored
an article on ONA in the IHRIM Journal.
His training includes Certified Corporate Coach, Coach U,
MBA in Human Resource Management, Pace University, and BBA
in Marketing Management with a Minor in Economics, also from
Pace. Robb Ray is a published writer on the subject of knowledge
management as well as a theatre performer and musician.
Robb completed his certification in corporate coaching at
Corporate Coach University and earned his MBA in Human Resource
Management and BBA in Marketing Management at Pace University.
Robb also received IBM’s Business Transformation Consultant
certification.
Rita Weiss
Rita Weiss is an Executive Coach and Management Training
Consultant specializing in Leadership Development and Team
Building. Rita coaches and trains senior executives, corporate
managers and business professionals in the skills and competencies
required to succeed in today’s challenging business
environment. In addition, Rita has extensive experience working
with cross-cultural teams to assist them in achieving their
business objectives by leveraging team strengths, styles and
diversity.

Rita brings over 20 years of experience in corporate management
development and leadership training, giving her an in-depth

changing corporate environment. She has held corporate training
positions at Bankers Trust Company and MCI Communications.
Recent coaching and training clients include IBM Research,
Bayer Diagnostics, Anthem HealthCare and American Express.
Michael Landrum
Michael Landrum is an actor, speaker, and presentation skills
expert. He invented the "Platformance" concept,
bringing the craft and technique of the actor to public speaking.
He has been a professional actor and spokesman for dozens
of Fortune 500 companies for over thirty-five years. His experience
spans Broadway, films, television, and radio, and corporate
programming. He has directed, produced and written for the
theatre and taught at the School for Film and Television in
New York City.
As a speaker he gives keynotes on Creativity, Communication
Skills, and Expanding the Spirit. He is an Advanced Toastmaster,
a champion of many competitions, a member of the National
Speakers Association and the International Coach Federation.
His expertise also includes speech writing and high level
presentation skills coaching and training. He attended Southeast
Missouri State College, Wayne State University and the National
Theatre School of Canada.
Betty Herman
Betty Herman coaches leaders in leadership competencies and
communications, while achieving both personal and business
goals. Her clients are CEOs, executives, managers, corporate
employees, individuals in transition and creative professionals.
Betty focuses on strengthening the leadership skills they
already possess and assisting them with the plan to achieve
the goals they have set. Additionally, if there is question
about their current career track, Betty can ensure that a
client's career focus is right for them. Betty is passionate
about working with clients who are committed to having an
extraordinary life!
Betty has had twenty years of management experience in a
corporate environment. While in a global human resource director
position at IBM, Betty provided leadership coaching to senior
executives, managers and professionals across field sales
and marketing organizations as well as global sales, marketing,
finance and software manufacturing functions within their
software business. Betty assisted them with career and communication
development as well as to seek balance in their life.
Betty has a B.S. degree in business administration from Pace
University. She has received formal coach training from Coach
University as well as training in 360 feedback on leadership
competencies from Hay-McBer. She is a member of the International
Coach Federation (ICF) and a board member of the ICF Westchester
Chapter.
Gayna Havens, Ph.D., Psychologist
Gayna’s career has been dedicated to serving human
beings under unusual challenges.
Currently a clinical psychologist at the Growth and Recovery
Program at Jacobi Medical Center, Gayna’s full time
specialty is in outpatient drug and alcohol treatment through
individual, couples and group psychotherapy. She has been
part of the caregiving team for well-known celebrities and
aspiring performers.
With M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology from the New School
for Social Research, specialized training in family and couples
therapy at the Ackerman Institute for the Family, a M.S. in
Human Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College and a B.S. in Biology
from Texas Christian University, Gayna truly knows how people
tick. She completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship at Smithers
Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center at Roosevelt Hospital in
New York, where she provided treatment for patients diagnosed
with both substance abuse and psychiatric illnesses, such
as depression and anxiety disorder. Gayna has presented numerous
lectures and papers on counseling and genetics both locally
and internationally, and is a member of the American Psychological
Association and the New York State Psychological Association.
MARIANNA LEAD, PH. D.
Dr. Marianna Lead is the Vice President of the International
Coach Federation - NYC Chapter and the Chair of its Speakers
Bureau. Marianna holds a doctorate in clinical hypnotherapy,
is a registered hypnosis instructor with the ABH (American
Board of Hypnotherapy), and a Certified Stress Management
Consultant (International Association of Counselors &
Therapists). A featured guest on NBC Morning News as well
as many other TV and radio programs, her articles have appeared
in "Unlimited Human" magazine (a professional magazine
for counselors and therapists around the world) and other
publications.
Dr. Lead is the author and narrator of ten audio programs,
including: Conquering Stage Fright, Becoming a Non-Smoker,
Improving Your Memory, and others. She is also the creator
of the Power Sleeping™ Life Improvement Program and
the Goal Imagery™ Technique -- which use subconscious
suggestion to create positive change on both the personal
and organizational level.
Dr. Lead is a featured presenter onboard the high-profile
"Mind-Body Wellness Cruises" -- a co-venture of
Shape magazine, Carnival Cruise Line, and Inner Voyages, LLC.
Linc Duffy
Linc Duffy helps leaders succeed in today's pressured business
environment by guiding them to enhance their strengths, develop
collaborative relationships with colleagues, and approach
problem solving with innovation and creativity. Prior to coaching,
Linc worked for 20+ years in the mental health field, providing
support and insight to countless psychotherapy patients. During
the past 6 years he served as a hospital administrator at
Putnam Hospital Center, a 140-bed community hospital, culminating
in a position as the Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs.
Linc is a graduate of Yale University and New York Medical
College and is affiliated with Corporate Coach University
International.
