But it is best to pick something unusual that you wouldnt otherwise likely indulge yourself with, but youd love it! You may also want to make a list of rewards of various "sizes"... (from a free hike in the woods to a new car or anything in between) and "MAP" those rewards to various milestones along the game plan... this adds a lot to the game!]
